Democratic Gov. Lou Leon Guerrero just approved a law that would legalize adult-use cannabis, while finalizing regulations surrounding the retail sale and commercial production of the plant. The law, known as the Cannabis Industry Act, allows adults aged 21 and up to legally possess and give up to an ounce of flower, and/or 8 grams of concentrate.
